Add solving machine stats view

User Story:

As an examination planner, I want to see the current stats of the solving machine, in order for me to verify the correct operation.

To be defined/Open Questions:

• Where should this visualization be added? Overview page? Side menu?

Implementation Details:

• Improve machine stats to show usage percentage, etc.
• Visualize data provided via WebSocket
