Unavailable time periods for supervisors

User Story

As an examination planner, I want to define the time periods a certain examnier is unavailable so that no of his/her exams are scheduled during these periods.

• How fine granular do the time periods have to be?-- > see #65 (closed)
• Unfortunately, the current format of the input date does not support this feature easily.
• We lack a list of all supervisors as for each exam the supervisor is defined as a string.
• If this features is implemented, we should really use a list of all supervisors, reference them by an ID in the exam.xlxs file and define the periods whene they are not avaiable in this list.
• Most likely this will result into 4th data file.
• Consider renaming the "supervisor" to "responsible examiner" as this wording seems to be more appropriate.
• According to Mr. Martignoli the name of the supervisors are unique, even if there are two persons with the tje same name
